Work4Wellness Campaign
(A two-part service that includes a workshop and a workout)
Heart Disease: Seven Coronary Risk Factors Triple Play Power Circuit Session

This service is constructed to build awareness in the hearts of makind on the importance of living well
as a lifestyle . . . for a lifetime. It is a disease prevention and management strategy tool created and
strategically designed to educate, equip and empower individuals in achieving and maintaining a
superior status of well-being.

The workshop will discuss how to identify and manage the seven coronary risk factors associated with
heart disease. The workout will include a triple play power circuit session to support the scientific
studies that prove that regular physical activity decreases the likelihood of developing major risk
factors that lead to heart disease.​

The Total-Body Revolution
The Total-Body Revolution Program is a year-long program divided into four 90-day sessions
consisting of group workouts, physical fitness testing, and workshops. This program is unique in that
Biblical principles are practiced and are the foundation of everything that we do from workouts to
workshops. Whether the participants decide to entrust CMF with 1 month or 1 year of their time, the
program is structured in such a way as to provide wellness and fitness tools necessary for them to
experience spiritual, emotional, mental and physical transformation from the inside out.
